Provide frequent project updates and requested revisions in a timely manner. Complete the project to the best of our ability and provide files that support you and your project.
Provide all required copy, imagery, and/or information. Give timely feedback and/or required edits. Ultimately responsible for proofing final projects for accuracy and correctness.
Proud Pup Media is a small business, to remain efficient we must ensure that work we have scheduled is carried out at within the allotted time frame. On occasions we may have to reject offers for other work and enquiries to ensure that your work is completed at the time agreed upon.
Content, images and revisions will be delivered by the Client via our Client Integration Platform which resides on the site directly. You will be shown how to use this platform to streamline communications and processes.
Should the Client request major revisions or that the project be restarted there will be an additional round of revisions proposed at additional costs outlined in a new proposal, or in the case of a Restart, a fee of up to 50% of the total cost of the project will apply before work is resumed.
The Client retains the copyright to data, files and graphic logos provided by the Client, and grants Proud Pup Media the rights to publish and use such material. The Client must obtain permission and rights to use any information or files that are copyrighted by a third party. The Client is further responsible for granting Proud Pup Media permission and rights for use of the same and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Proud Pup Media from any and all claims resulting from the Client’s negligence or inability to obtain proper copyright permissions. A contract for website design and/or placement shall be regarded as a guarantee by the Client to Proud Pup Media that all such permissions and authorities have been obtained. We may request evidence of permissions granted.
Approval of an estimate and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the proposed contract is required to secure time for your project.
Project remainder cost is due in full before the project website goes live on the Client’s server. At that time the Client will be given full access to the site and server. Additional work required outside of the scope of this project will be subject to an additional flat or hourly fee.
Project cancellation will result in the Client being billed for work completed thus far at the Agency’s discretion; if no work beyond the value of the deposit has proceeded then no further payment is due. If (21) consecutive days have passed without sufficient Client actionable steps, the Agency will assume the project has been cancelled and will invoice for work completed.
Any invoices open past (21) days will incur a 5% late fee. For every additional (21) days, another 10% will be added.
This Agreement shall be governed by Canadian Law.
Unless otherwise requested by the Client, or in the case of an NDA, all complete and in process work is subject to be shared on the Agency’s website portfolio and/or social media accounts.
